Do I need a heated chamber or enclosed printer?

Fiberon™ series filaments all have good dimensional stability and anti-warping performance. Chamber heating is not necessary, and low warping can be achieved even without a chamber. We recommend that you carefully confirm the settings of the nozzle material, print nozzle and base plate temperature before printing. It is recommended to print in a closed environment to ensure that your prints achieve the best performance.

Do I need a special printer or special requirements?

No! Fiberon™ materials will work on nearly every 3D printer that has an all-metal hotend and a hardened nozzle.

You do not need an enclosure or any special requirements aside from a high temp hotend and a nozzle that is abrasive resistant.

PPS-CF10 is the one unique option that requires a hotend that can reach 310˚C - 350˚C.

All Fiberon™ materials will perform their best after annealing post-printing.
